DCP announces opening date for 2025-2026 HEAP season

Downeast Community Partners (DCP) is excited to announce that phone lines will open July 1, 2025, at 8:00am in preparation for the 2025-2026 Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) season.

 The DCP Energy Services staff encourages HEAP applicants to call DCP at 207-664-2424 starting July 1 to set up an appointment for the 2025-2026 season, which will officially begin on August 1, 2025. We will begin mailing out postcards soon with pre-scheduled appointments for our neighbors who are over 65 or have disabilities.

As always, DCP looks forward to serving the community, making sure households throughout Hancock and Washington counties stay warm this winter.
